Best of Maui presented by Maui Tomorrow is back! As things begin to get somewhat back to normal, we’re taking the time to celebrate the local businesses, places, and experiences we all know and love!
Every year Maui get’s excited to nominate their favorite businesses, places, people and more in our annual readers’ poll. Each year this campaign garners millions of impressions and thousands of votes from thousands or locals and visitors. New to BOM? Learn all about this campaign at this page.
Why campaign? Best of Maui is an opportunity to get your business the recognition it deserves. And not just by being voted “the best,” but by campaigning. Send e-blasts, post on social, advertise on the ballot, and make sure everyone you know is nominating you starting on May 19th. Whether or not you’re the best – you’re certain to get some extra attention and support by asking your community to nominate you.
Why advertise on the ballot? When you advertise on the ballot you will reach thousands of locals and visitors who care about shopping local, knowing the “best” places and businesses on our island, and want to put their hard earned money back into our community. By placing your ad near a relevant category – you’re likely to encourage nominations and be associated as one of the ‘best”!

Use this unit to remind readers to nominate you, or simply to get in front of your voting audience. Your ballot category ad appears next to a selected listing during nominations. (Ex. Best Brewery) On desktop this ad appears to the right of the nomination form. On mobile this appears on the top of the nomination form. Ad will link to your website. These ad units are Share of Voice, (SOV, up to 3 ads available per category).

Customized Voting Link – $50
Share a custom voting link with your friends and customers that takes them directly to the categories that you are trying to win. This link can be easily shared via email, newsletter and even on social media and will dramatically increase your chances of being nominated in the first round of voting.
Group Sponsorship Packages – $950

This page says we can update our ballot but I don’t see a way to do that. There is just a message that says survey taken already.
